We would first like you to understand our philosophy and to give you some advice before you come in order to maximize the pleasure of your visit with us. Everyone has different needs, and our therapists do their best to meet those needs. For example, you may simply want to relax, you may be tense, or you may be concerned about your skin, your back, or a leg injury. They will help you choose the degree and type of treatment that best matches your needs and situation after a thorough consultation.
Advice on how to prepare for your spa experience.
Visitors planning to have a hydration massage or body treatment should drink plenty of liquids before coming. Drinking enough before and after the treatment will greatly enhance its natural detoxifying effects.
When you arrive for your treatment, you should not be hungry, but you should not be full, either. Please refrain from heavy meals and alcohol for at least an hour before and after your spa experience. We will have some light, healthy fruit and drinks for you after your treatment.
Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before your reservation time to allow your body and mind to prepare for the experience.
Wear comfortable clothing, and try to choose fabrics that are easily cleaned, since moisturizing oils and natural compounds will be applied to your body. Try to come wearing little or no make-up, or take it off when you arrive. If you are planning to go out after the treatment, bring your cosmetic and hair kits with you.
Please bring as little as possible with you. Our spa treatment rooms are furnished with wardrobes in which you can hang your clothing, but you should leave valuables in the hotel's safe. Also, if during a massage or body care treatment, metal accessories might conduct heat and damage the skin, so try to avoid jewelry and similar items.
Before your treatment, try to slow yourself down. Take a deep breath and imagine that you are packing up all your concerns and worries and leaving them at the door. This should clear your mind so that you can really relax and benefit from the treatment.
Let yourself be enveloped in the relaxing music, the soft light, and the fragrance of oils and incense that fill the peaceful atmosphere of the spa. Your therapist will greet you when you arrive and answer all your questions. In the spa, the menu incorporates 30 minutes to enjoy a relaxing footbath, take a refreshing shower, and partake of soothing tea and fruits.
If you wish, you will have the chance to take a warm shower before your treatment to wash away your stress and sweat. Washing away the make-up, perfume, lotion, and other things that we apply day to day allows your skin to absorb as much of the natural ingredients used in the treatment as possible.
While body massages and treatments are best enjoyed without the constraint of clothing, we do respect your privacy by using sheets and large towels to cover parts of the body that we are not working on. However, if you wish to wear underwear, you are free to do so.
Before beginning your treatment, take deep breaths and imagine a wave of relaxation that begins with your face and slowly moves down you body to the tips of your toes. During treatment, leave yourself open to the warmth of your therapist's human touch.
This is your time, and you should enjoy it to the fullest. If you would like to change the temperature of the room, the pressure of the massage, or the channel or volume of the music, just tell your therapist. We are dedicated to just one thing - making sure that you have best experience possible.
You do not need to rush out when your treatment is finished. Take your time and enjoy the effects. A part of the treatment room is set aside for relaxing, and here you can enjoy seasonal fruits and drinks. You will be amazed by how good the treatment makes you feel. You will be refreshed by the surge of inner energy and the warm touch of your therapist. If you really enjoy your visit, the greatest thanks you can give us is to recommend our spa to a good friend.
We strongly recommend taking a nap after your treatment. It will prolong your blissful, relaxed state. Feel free to nap at the spa, but if you cannot do so, we recommend scheduling time to relax and lounge after your treatment.
