Ristorante floating on the ocean horizon

We are glad to announce the opening of our new restaurant “Ristorante ARCO” on February 1st, 2017. Our restaurant is a place where you can enjoy the delicious Italian dishes of Chef Ochiai, the chef of "LA BETTOLA da Ochiai" one of the most difficult-to-reserve famous Italian restaurants, together with the magnificent view from the 42nd floor of the Sheraton Grande Ocean Resort. We wish you enjoy having lunch, a rich dinner and a special moment in the magical scenery moving with time.

Chef Ochiai Tsutomu Profile:

Born in Tokyo in 1947.
From 1978 he has taken cooking training in Italy.
After returning to Japan, he became the chef of the Italian restaurant “Granata” which opened in Akasaka, Tokyo in 1982 and in 1997 he opened “LA BETTOLA”.
In May 2005, he was awarded the “Cavaliere dell’ Ordine della Stella della Solidarieta”medal.
In 2009 he was appointed Chairman of the ICCU “Associazione Cuochi Cucina Italiana”.
In 2013 he was awarded the “Modern masterpieces” award.
He has an experience as a guest chef for Japan's leading cruise ship “Asuka II”.

Enjoy our Ochiai chef`s specialty, "sea urchin cream sauce spaghetti" for lunch and dinner.
The rich fragrance of the mouthwatering cream sauce using plenty of sea urchins, in addition to the moderate acidity of the hidden taste of the tomato sauce is the luxurious gem that enriches the sea urchin creamy sauce.
